ClearSky Signs Multi-year Agreement with Consumer Cellular for Comprehensive Mix of Content and Services

Under the terms of this multi-year agreement, within the next few months Consumer Cellular will deploy ClearSky's downloadable content bundle of products and services that includes ProPortal?
