Enquisite, Inc. Hires Sybase Co-founder and Former Commerce One Chairman, Mark Hoffman, as Its First CEO: Web Analytics Experts Dan Robbins and Sylvie

Additionally, the company has named Dan Robbins its Vice President of Marketing, and Sylvie Moreau its Vice President of Sales. The executive team will be based in Enquisite's new headquarters at 649 Mission Street in San Francisco, CA.

Mark Hoffman brings more than 25 years of software industry experience to his position as CEO at Enquisite, Inc. Prior to joining Enquisite, Hoffman served as CEO of Everdream, the leading SaaS (Software as a Service) desktop management software company acquired by Dell in December, 2007.

Hoffman also previously held the role of CEO and Chairman of Commerce One, a company widely credited with setting the software standards for the e-commerce industry. Before his work at Commerce One, Hoffman was already considered a pioneer in the e-commerce industry; he co-founded database technology company Sybase in 1984, guiding the business from start-up to the sixth largest independent software maker in the world when he departed in 1996.

Robbins started in online marketing 14 years ago while serving as a publishing technologist and online product manager for educational textbook publisher Addison Wesley. Since then, he has been in key roles in media, B2B and B2C companies such as ZDNet which CNET Networks acquired, and VoIP provider Dialpad Communications, now a Yahoo! service.

Moreau is a seasoned sales and business development professional with 15 years of experience in the hardware and software industries. As the Director of International Sales at TGV Software, Moreau was instrumental in the company's successful IPO and later, its acquisition by Cisco Systems. At VPNet Technologies, Moreau started and led the international sales group which eventually positioned VPNet as a major global player and contributed to its successful acquisition by Avaya. Moreaualso managed Global Partnerships for Cisco Systems and RealNetworks. Her most recent role was as VP of Sales and Business Development for ClickTracks Analytics.
